With a masters in business, a life coaching certification and 16+ years in financial services, Mindy knows how to untangle the biggest obstacles to financial success, and provide coaching, clarity and concrete action steps. She works with individuals and organizations helping them understand, manage and up-level both their personal bank accounts and their business financial books.

Erin co-founded Nav.it to support individuals in the process of navigating personal finances, careers and the financial system in which we live. She is passionate about talking finance and systems-thinking with women. Prior, Erin lived in Sub-Saharan Africa leading global health programs with non-governmental organizations, Doctors Without Borders, and consulting for the United Nations and the U.S. Government. Upon returning to the U.S. in 2015, she was heartened to see a conscious shift occurring among women's understanding of finances and the way the financial system we live in governs our lives.

Mikaela is a native Seattleite who’s spent the last 15 years in HR leadership roles at notable Northwest companies including Microsoft, Starbucks, PopCap Games and Redﬁn, including living and working abroad in India with Amazon. She founded uniquelyHR in 2015: Connecting the dots between people, process and culture. Mikaela and her expanding team take pride in providing HR solutions for growing companies. She is also an ICF- (International Coaching Federation) credentialed coach working with executives and high-potential women leaders.

From the moment Emily read Lean In she knew she wanted to be a part of the movement. Driven by her own corporate world experiences, she aims to contribute to creating a more positive and empowering influence, community and conversation—particularly for young women navigating life and career. Part storyteller, part strategist, Emily lives for moments of brand and customer connection and conversation. She helps lead the chapter's brand activation, expansion, engagement and awareness.
