Moderator Training Workshop

Circles are a vital part of the Lean In experience—the place where you find a supportive community, accountability and encouragement to take big risks. Lean In research shows that Circles are stronger, more valuable and last longer if a member serves as group moderator and is trained in facilitation techniques.

Whether you want to moderate a Circle or want to learn facilitation skills for your own career development, join us at our quarterly Moderator Training workshop. We learn from Brittany Flajole, a Training and Development Professional and Lean In Circle Moderator, and share best practices, pro tips and real world examples.

If you haven't read Lean In, please watch this 15-minute TED Talk from Sheryl Sandberg: http://leanin.org/education/ted-talk-why-we-have-too-few-women-leaders/. It covers the topics of Lean In and sets the stage for our Circles. We will have several interpersonal exercises and lots of group discussion, so come prepared to be open and communicative. We'll be able to learn from each other and each of us has valuable input to share.
