Lean In Seattle is one of the largest, most active Lean In networks in the world and has been designated as a Regional Leader since January 2016. We’re a multicultural and multi-generational community with 6,000+ members who come together to move women forward.
Our network is dedicated to empowering women to lead at every level and achieve their ambitions. The members of our community are most commonly looking to transition to a new job/career, advance in their career, or give back to others in the community. We also offer a warm atmosphere for members who are new to the Seattle area and looking to expand their network in a new city. As a network, we are focused on creating a community where ambitious women can connect, learn, and succeed in an encouraging and supportive environment.
